Welcome to f/32 Photo!  We are so thankful that you are here and look forward to working with you.  In order to set up your pro printing account, we need a little bit of information from you.  So, if you will complete this form and submit it, we will be able to set your account up properly in terms of taxes and payment options.  Once we enter this information, we will send you an account number and a password that you will use to log in to our online ordering system.  Once logged in, you will have access to our Pro pricing on prints, canvases, and press products.  Pricing on all other items (metal, acrylic, thin wraps, etc.) are the same for pros and general retail customers (because pros are usually the ones ordering the most of these items anyway!).  Please store this account number and password in a safe place that you can access when you need to as you will not be able to reset or recover it automatically (we will have to do that for you).

We realize that some people have photo businesses set up but are not quite to the point yet of having a Sales and Use Tax Number through the State of Tennessee.  So, if you DO have a Sales and Use Tax Number, please upload a copy of that certificate and we will set up your account to be tax exempt for resale purposes.  If you DO NOT have a Sales and Use Tax Number, please upload a copy of your Business License.  We only need one of these to set up a Pro account for you.  If you don't have either of these, we are sorry, but you do not currently qualify for a Pro Printing Account.  We would still love to work with you, but will need to do so through our retail program.  If you have questions about any of that, please let us know and we will be happy to try and help you navigate some of this business stuff!
